About Coach Jav
Coach Jav started his fitness journey in college after years of being skinny-fat and never truly confident in his body. He finally decided to commit to himself and make a change.

At the time, Coach Jav was studying Mechanical Engineering. But once he developed a passion for training, nutrition, and the aspiration of helping others transform their lives, he switched majors to Exercise Science/Kinesiology and went all-in on a career in fitness.
​
Over the years, he went through multiple 40+ pound weight swings, tried every “quick fix,” and struggled with unsustainable habits. Eventually, Coach Jav learned how to build a balanced, effective, science-backed approach that actually lasts.

Today, he's an aspiring competitive bodybuilder and full-time coach helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable results without the mistakes he made.
